Reservation terms

These terms are between you and AirFrens, the makers of Pocket Frens. They're short because a reservation is simple.

What a reservation is

• A free way to tell us you'd like up to three Pocket Frens. It isn't an order, and nothing is sold or paid for.
• It doesn't commit you to buying anything, and it doesn't commit us to selling you anything.
• The price isn't set yet. We'll announce it, and email people with a reservation before orders open.
• If you decide to buy, that will be a separate order with its own terms, which you'll see before you pay.

Who can reserve

• You must be 18 or older.
• One reservation per email address, for 1 to 3 Pocket Frens. Sending the form again updates it after you confirm by email.
• We may not be able to ship to every country, or make enough for every reservation. We'll tell you when we know.
• We may cancel reservations that look automated, duplicated or abusive.

Confirming and cancelling

• Your reservation counts once you click the confirmation link we email you. The link works for 7 days.
• You can cancel any time with the link in any of our emails, or by writing to hello@pocketfrens.com.

Your data

The privacy notice explains what we keep when you reserve, why and for how long.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters to your reservation, we'll email you, and you can always cancel.
